Confession: “Five x The Handler is creepy, disgusting, and not very rational. The main thing i’m seeing around is how The Handler acts suggestive around five. First time i watched the show i never saw it like that. It was clear that she acted that way to intimidate him. Five hadn’t been in contact with anyone for many decades, someone acting touchy would clearly make him uncomfortable, which is what was intended. nothing more. The Handler

So my headcanon is that the Handler has had a crush on 5 for decades. That’s why she is so obsessed with him and getting him back under the Commission’s control.

I mean, the invasion of personal space. The face strokes. Her comments on his little shorts. Her continuos reminder to 5 of getting back his adult body. On the one hand, this is obviously calculated manipulation, because that’s how the two roll. They’re in a game of cat and mouse, and each one is a dom. But you can’t deny the special care she gives to him. Obviously, it’s clear he is going to betray her and the Commission (again!), but she loves the game and the challenge. And 5 won’t admit it, but he loves it too.

It must be driving her crazy that she can’t have him, but she can’t bring it to herself to just destroy him either. All she wants is to be happy, and she knows he is what makes her happy. She wants the game to continue.

(And no need to comment if this is pedophelia or not. It’s obv a slippery slope, just like every single one (and I mean all of them) of the ships on the show lol. I would argue both want 5 to go back into his adult body. And if 5 can’t date because he’s trapped in a child’s body, he shouldn’t be driving or drinking either. But I get where y’all still come from.)
