jkr and john green have both dedicated the last several years of their lives to thinking about and combatting one single thing that most people don't think about as a big problem. They've both given money, posted constantly on social media, and lobbied the government about their chosen enemy

both of them are against something starting with the letter t

the difference between them is that john green is against tuberculosis, a disease of injustice that kills millions of people a year

jkr is against trans people, a marginalized group who need people fighting FOR them, not against them

so i guess what I'm saying is it's ok to have an enemy that you fight tirelessly against even if other people think it's weird

but choose an enemy that's bad
