As announced, this is the first of two ‘Outtakes’  I added to the translations of my personal Missing Scenes

Nightbirds Rückkehr, oder wie Kurt sechs Mal einem Superhelden begegnet   

a translation of The Return of Nightbird, or Six Times Kurt Meets a Superhero  by  @flamingmuse    It’s not an actual missing scene, because it’s AU concerning the people living in NYC together with Kurt and Blaine at that point in time, but it is such a sweet and funny story that I couldn’t resist adding it to my missing scenes nonetheless. Congratulations on finishing! That's so exciting! I hope the revising process goes well.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!  <33333 I’m excited to be past that first hurdle and share the news!

It’s funny because revising is something I’ve done tons of in fanfic writing, and I’ve done a fair amount in original fiction (in terms of other projects and this one, in terms of workshopping stuff).  

But this Revising with a capital R has a flavor of “well, this must be vastly different, and something I don’t know how to do at all because it’s for realsies!” which I don’t think is coming from any sensible assessment of the situation!  I think as I get into it more, my own take on the shape and structure of it, along with more memories of, hey, I’ve done this in various guises before, will begin to emerge and it’ll feel less daunting.

Yet another reason I like you. The only cheesecake I’d be interested in eating is one bite of my grandmother’s recipe… and only because it reminds me of her.

That makes a TON of sense to me!  One of my grandmothers wasn’t much of a baker (hint: not the Greek one!).  But there’s a style of cake she used to make that makes me feel very affectionate even if it’s not something I’d make or order.  <3

a very interesting fic is Divided by a Common Language by @nadiacreek​  Summary: Blaine and Kurt both pay very close attention to the messages their clothes are sending. The problem is, they don't always understand each other's language. reaction fic to 4x21 based on their clothing

Pinned  by  @missmichellebelle​  is about Kurt finding out about Burt’s newest pin...

and for everyone who wanted to know if they actually did or did not hook up this time, there is  So Many Riches  by @misqueue​ immediately followed by  Can’t Run From Myself    both fics translated into German as one single story  on AO3  and Fanfiktion.de   it’s fluffy and funny and wise (thanks to Burt) all wrapped in one - yeah you heard right there is some wise Burt advice in the second one.
