It's okay to flap! 👋👏🙌 Flapping (mainly arms and hands) is stigmatised and treated with suspicion, and you might feel like you should suppress the urge, but there shouldn't be anything to fear about a bit of flapping. It's natural and harmless except for people's judgement. How ridiculous to judge someone for how they move their arms! As part of my unmasking journey I'm trying to let myself move more in ways that I want to.
