For these, tuck yourself in a corner of your counter to secure you in, lift yourself up enough so your feet don't touch the ground and your arms are engaged then lift your legs up to 90 degrees keeping them straight. You can bring them up in front of you as well as to both sides to engage your obliques. Squeeze your abs and really use those core muscles up bring your legs up! These would be so awesome to combine with Power Jacks and Reverse Plank Leg Raises for a killer HIIT routine.
