So I'm here to remind you to stretch it out on Sundays! I was super flexible as a kid and never stretched and I knew one day of have to but somewhere I even forgot to stretch here and there. So now everything hurts but here are a few good stretches that will improve your tricks! Hold for 30 seconds each and then do at least 2 rounds or as many round until you feel loosey goosey.
