For any Victorians following me who are impacted by the floods, remember, never enter flood waters, you don't know how deep it is or what's in it. It only takes 15cm to float a car.
When it comes to sandbagging;
Bag it; have sandbags ready to and in place to protect water from entering your property
Block it; block all entries into the house, this includes drain, toilets, and doorways
Lift it; lift all valuables as high a possible
If you are in danger call 000, if you have a flood related non-emergency (say water entering house, but you're not trapped or at immediate risk) call the SES on 132 500.

The following areas are advised to Evacuate Immediately
Low lying areas of Benalla township
Skinners Flat, Wedderburn (There is a Dam Failure, it is predicted that after 4:30pm AEDT it will likely be too late to leave)
The following areas are advised to move to higher ground
Laanecoorie to Loddon Weir
Campaspe River Lake Eppalock to Barnadown
Goulburn River Lake Eildon to Seymour
The following areas are alerted as too late to leave
Seymour: If you are located in the area bounded by the Goulburn River to Redbank Rd; along the Goulburn Valley Hwy to Whiteheads Creek up to the railway line and along the bridge crossing the river to the south. The next update is expected by 14/10/2022 05:00 pm or as the situation changes.
Low lying areas between Benalla and Baddaginnie: This evacuation warning is likely to remain in place until 5pm, 14 October
There are multiple other areas that are Watch and Act: Avoid Flooded Areas, but there are too many to list.
