🥀 Your OC as a Flower 🥀
Thank you @caughtnyact for tagging me!!
Here you have my lovely little Siobhan Ingellvar
And Snapdragon (am i biased bc i have a snapdragon tattoo? No.)
Snapdragons are named for their appearance (in other languages they can be called lions mouth or cows mouth). They can symbolize several things:
For once strength as they are able to grow in rocky, uninhabitable areas and you might gift the flower to someone who has overcome a great challenge in life or someone who could use a bit of luck in a hard position. At the same time they can mean something like grace. Snapdragons sometimes stand for deviousness or as a ward against falsehood. In german flower language Snapdragon (lions mouth) also means keeping or telling someone the deepest of secrets.
While purple flowers are most associated with royalty a purple Snapdragon is associated with spirituality and magic. In European Folklore the flower was also said to break black magic spells.
When the flower wilts the buds also may look like little skeletons.

Mixing it up a bit: what are some of the unique flower names, where only one character has been submitted with it?
I love your question. I picked the ones refering to real plants (and mushrooms they got a pass for this tournament) who were only used once (Ex : if 2 characters are named after the same plant, even if their names are different, none of them will be in this list - think Ran, Dendrobium and Orchid) because the list's already taking me forever
Pathologic classic and pathologic 2 are game of the year, decade and century.
On one hand, I'm now stress free (except for the fact that i also have to finish both Fear & Hunger titles, help).
On the other, how am I supposed to move on from all of this??? Not the first time a piece of media has left me a different person than i was before going through it, but it's the first time that, instead of touching my soul gently or shaking me by the shoulders a bit, it came into my house and beat the shit out of me with a baseball bat.
(good thing I'm playing Flower, Journey and a lot of Sky, to counterbalance.)
(also technically I'm also playing patho 2 again, after saying i wouldn't until the other two routes came out, bc i learned that the Russian plague voice is totally different and beautiful, and the American dub chickened out of it).
Help w/ Game Research!
My name is Viv and I'm currently in the process of developing a game about loss, longing and loneliness (the three Ls haha). For my research I have made this questionnaire about game experiences.

Spirit of the North
