Good luck! On a practical note, if they want you to wear a clear plastic patch over your eye, ask if safety glasses from the hardware store would be OK to substitute...my Mom did that after her (VERY PAINLESS and SUCCESSFUL) cataract surgeries and it was more comfortable than tape on her face.

Thanks! I was told they would be providing me with sunglasses and goggles. There was no mention of eye patches thankfully. Thanks for the heads up though. ♥

To the viola anon- Everest makes very good shoulder rests. I have a couple of theirs for my violin and they keep my skin from turning red. Another thing you could try is using a piece of cloth, like a bandana, that you fold in a square and place it under the instrument where it leaves a mark. Hope I helped!

Ooh this is a good one. If I could make a music video for "Make This Leap" by the Hunts, it'd be two childhood friends, all grown up, exploring their old home, old tree house etc..very nostalgic.

Wow good question..I'd say to take The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy 'cause it'd make you laugh, and maybe make you feel a bit better about leaving home. I'd take Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist, because for some reason that book feels like home to me.

4. Sparkling lemon drink, or sparkling orange drink? Definitely lemon. I love lemon; I put it in my water all the time.

5. Have you ever judged people on how they take their coffee/tea?

Not really because I'm not that into coffee, and I don't even make that good a cup of tea so I can't really talk haha.

No, but I used to doodle in the margins of my textbooks..oops.

I'd do that in a heartbeat, and of course I'd visit Baker Street and go gallivanting off with Holmes and Watson :)

I don't think so, I'm too much of a homebody, a bit like a hobbit I guess.
