Had a jolt of 4 a.m "oh shit did I take my meds last night??" panic, scrambled to take my lamotrigine, realized I did in fact take my meds last night, then had to call Poison Control to make sure I'll be fine. Which i will be, but still.

I was down to having just an occasional terrible cough but since yesterday I've been back to runny nose + throat ache + grossest of sneezing and occasional wheezing, so I'm taking myself back to the doctor. jfc I do not have time for this.

I have a project to be working on, but I'm not about to take what's potentially worse than a simple cold (bc problems breathing are rare for me even with my asthma) back to the hospital IT department where we're down to half our team size atm anyway

not to be that #sadbitch, but i swear finding out that i possibly have bpd has made me 110% more worse & just so o.O , it makes me feel more isolated and continuously misunderstood in this worldddd. il never have proper nor great relationships/friendships cos im a stupid blackhole with alotta shiT. it makes sense why people distance themselves, or get sick of me, shit gets more clearer every day u.u

i just want to be so far alone, with a therapist or whatever n thats it. i dont wanna infect anybody or anyone else any more whilst im like this its shit. a constant state of guilt 😞
