finally finished up this sweater for my sister!
It was meant to be for her birthday but I won't be seeing her until christmas (and I dont want to risk this getting lost in the international post lol)
I finished knitting this shirt a few months ago, but never posted my FO pictures! I love how this shirt turned out and it's so comfortable. The yarn is 100% linen, so it's machine washable and will only get softer with wear. It's so comfy and cool.
Pattern: Islet Tee by Tatsiana Matsiuk

(I am excited because I almost forgot—I have had the flu these last ten days; DO NOT CATCH THIS FLU)
She’s done! Introducing Lady Cluck:
I knit this up earlier this year, and the pattern is now available! Please enjoy the Meant to Vee sweater from Vanessa Smith Designs! It's a beautiful design and was fun to knit up!
Focused on WIPs this week. Finished Flax sweater....except for blocking. Fun test knit these Frosty cactus socks. After hibernating for the summer, assembled this Ace Lucy pullover. Frogged some socks, clearing the list.
Time for some Christmas knitting.
Finished knitting pants =], a christmas gift for my sister. She's kinda tall so I tried making them longer than pattern but it was hard to get a grasp of how long they were on the needles. Esp bc the pattern measures the length from waistband to bottom of the legs while the measurements i was basing it off of were for Old Navy's tall sizing which uses inseam instead, and inseam is surprisingly annoying to find on a wip knitting project so I eventually gave up and measured the outside until they were even. After knitting they were 110cm long, I haven't measured since washing/drying [acrylic] and blocking. But im a little concerned they might be too long😬, idk maybe I could like roll up the pants and sew them together if they are? Idk guys im kinda nervous. My sister knows I did this but I haven't shown her updates or had her try it on or anything, so i guess fingers crossed it works out 🤞
