I was a bit worried to deadlift again, but my lower back seems to be doing okay. For now. I tried using a belt, but I think I need a smaller one. I’ll try a different one next time. Got a new PR as well

Very light 10x10 squats and cardio this morning... hips are definitely tight and I feel like my knees are coming too far forward, form check...

Days off are for training legs. Today didn’t go as well as I had hoped. I started with deadlifts, hoping it’d be easier, but nope. I also messed up loading the bar during squats. I put 35kg instead of 40kg, and only realized after I finished my set.
