My Hollyhocks are doing really well!

I am going to be planting these directly into the soil along my front picket fence. They grow 3-8 ft tall, so it could look really pretty. They don't flower until their 2nd year, though.

I need to remember to water at their base to avoid "rust" attacking the leaves.

These are new for me, so I'm crossing my fingers it goes well!

Ah bee balm. We have the red out front and as its bloom cycle comes to a close we have this purple variety just beginning to bloom.
