So, I finised Vento Aureo and I liked it a lot. I'm not sure if I like it more than Diamond Is Unbrekable or I like it equally. I noticed in many ways Giorno was a contrast to both Dio and Josuke. Like Dio he grew up with a lot of misfortune and an abusive parental figure, however, his outlook on life carved a different path for him though Giorno is leading a crime organization right now. Like Josuke, Giorno's ability fixes things although in a different way and he also has to deal with his ability to not always fix everything. However, Giorno is less hot headed and more mature in some ways since he has to be given their differences in backgrounds and current life situations.
I'm really looking forward to a Vento Aureo anime adaptation. We proably won't know for a few months yet if there will be one, but it would surprise me if there wasn't since the anime has helped open JJBA up internationally than it's been able to be before.
Tomorrow I'll start in on Stone Ocean. I'm looking forward to it despite the ending and possibly squicky content. I think that knowing sort of what I'm getting into with it will help. I'm not sure how well the ending would go down as a surprise. Jolyne seems like a Jojo I can get behind (whhen can I not though?) so it'll work out
