Summary:
A game of chess between Orion and Lightray leads to confessions and unexpected hair pulling. (Basically, I saw the below page and said that Orion needs to get his hands on it and pull.)

As he pulled off his helmet Orion could hear the telltale clunk and clatter of a chessboard and its pieces placed upon a table in the Justice League Embassy rec. room. And like a siren song in the dead of night Orion followed it to its source already knowing who he would find waiting for him. A late night game of chess had become a part of Lightray’s routine ever since the two of them had joined JLI. His companion had become taken with the Earth game of strategy, its uniform checkered board, and matching wits with their JLI comrades. He would pull in J’onzz, Da Costa, Kord, even Gardner, and the others when he could, but most often Lightray asked him. What had become a part of Lightray’s routine in turn had slowly and inevitably become a part of Orion’s own routine as well.
