I have been wanting to make this since i was 9, the front cover is based off the old cover for the first book!!!

I had so much fun making this!!! Really should have written all the little symbols before attaching the cover tho, took me like 3 days lol

Written in it is the whole "carry me always carry me well" and all of the ritual instructions. As well as a little thing at the end so you can translate it!!

I received this fragrance in the past two days. When I saw the name "Artemis Fowl" on it, I was overwhelmed with excitement—this has always been one of the woody fragrances I think best describes Artemis. It’s Santal 33, and coincidentally, yesterday (in my time zone)is Arty’s birthday, so I’m taking this as a birthday tribute to him.

Scent notes: Sandalwood, Leather, Papyrus, Cedarwood, Cardamom, Violet, Iris, Amber

Fragrance type: Unisex(中性香，is this the right word to translate？)

Perfumer: Frank Voelkl

The reason I think this fragrance is more suitable for Arty than the two sandalwood fragrances from Diptyque and Serge Lutens (which have a more prominent powdery note) probably lies in Santal 33’s restraint and sobriety. It feels simple and clean, with a strong presence yet a touch of moderation and subtlety. My first impression of Santal 33 is just like how Arty comes across when I read the novel: it’s like a temple, yet also like an old book, with supporting notes that are both restrained and lively. The hints of fur, wood shavings, and milky warmth seem to blend with a faint surge of pheromones—sexy and charming, mature with a slight playfulness.

Santal 33 uses extremely subtle papyrus as an accent to recreate the straw-like aroma of sandalwood. The leather in the top notes blends seamlessly with sandalwood, and the spiciness of cardamom is not overpowering. In the heart notes, a hint of crisp cedarwood emerges from the rich sandalwood—conveying both the composure of someone who has everything under control and the arrogance of being detached from the world. In the dry-down, a light fragrance of iris and violet is introduced to fill in the details, balancing the powdery quality of the floral notes with the green freshness of papyrus. This gives the seemingly "ascetic" core a moist texture, like a blend of fresh wood shavings and resin.

Violet is also the pen name Arty used when writing novels. Just like this fragrance, although Artemis Fowl always appears in a neat suit—sometimes nostalgic and serious—the essence of his soul carries the richness of floral notes, filled with a kind of resilient feminine strength.
