When I told you that in the form of foxes cloud was the intense.. it was literal, even sephiroth wonders where he keeps so much energy that his human form translates into a very picturesque attitude..

Although Sephiroth admits it... being able to carry Cloud in his mouth, to "share" food and for the little golden fox to argue with him is one of the greatest pleasures; when he is there he does not try to kill him or leave him without hair.

Sephiroth can't walk around showing his tails, trauma thanks to Hojo, so he hides them pretending he only has one big fluffy tail.
