Jonathan, Joseph and Jotaro with y/n who wakes up crying and searching for them after a nightmare

[ah, it started as a headcanons thing but ended up being short stories~ It’s my 4th work(oof). I am dedicating this piece to @kujojotarot as they really liked the idea and I hope it might make them as well as any other readers happier. I appreciate all the feedback and criticism~]

You jerked up from your sleep feeling as if your heart was about to burst out.

A nightmare about losing your beloved yet again, those have terrified you the whole week, each one being often even more horrifying than the previous. You tried to steady your breathing to no avail. You were panicking, searching for your boyfriend in the darkness. You needed to make sure he was okay and safe.

 Jonathan: Feeling something stirring beside him, Jonathan started to wake up and adjust his eyes to the darkness of the room. Still being half asleep he slowly turned to the opposite side calling for his girlfriend. In your state of mind, you didn’t even realize that Jonathan was awake, continuing to hyperventilate.

‘’Darling?’’ he said quietly. Hearing him speak snapped you out of your state of dissociation, as you sharply turned to him, tears running down your face, breathing still uneven. You brought your hand to his cheek to make sure he was real, asking him multiple times if it is really him and if he is safe.

‘’Jojo, please, tell me that it is the real you, I can’t lose you again, even if this is another dream’’ Jonathan’s heart clenched at such words. Wiping away your tears, he mimicked your actions and put his hands on your cheeks bringing you closer to him, foreheads touching.

“It is me. I am safe. I won’t leave you, my beloved’’

With that he brought you into a tight hug, massaging your head to calm you down. Lying down with you head on his chest you could hear his heartbeat, further proving that he is in fact real. He moved one of his arms to your waist and took your hand with other, giving it a light kiss, muttering how much he adores you. Circling both of his arms around you and checking on you the final time, you both slowly started to fall asleep

 Joseph: Being a more of a deep sleeper, he didn’t react to any stirring or moving beside him. Only he felt something squeezing him from behind did he start to wake up, realizing that something is off. As he stirred a bit, the grip on him only tightened, now feeling as the thing or a person holding him was shaking.

‘’Babe? You are clinging to me pretty tightly, not that I mind of course~’’ he said in his usual flirty tone expecting a cute reaction out of you. But none came. This didn’t sit well with Joseph. He tried to turn to you, but the grip you had on him made it difficult. He started to worry over the state you were in, not answering him or moving away from him

Sitting up and taking your hands from his waist he finally turned to face you. Before he could properly ask what has happened, you jumped back straight into his arms, clinging to him and chocking on your sobs. He grew even more concerned.

‘’Babe, what is going on? Are you hurt? I-‘’ Joseph started to panic himself

“Please tell me you are real” you asked cutting him off

‘’Huh?’’ Joseph replied, not quiet understanding what did you mean by that

‘’I’ve been having dreams of you dying and they scare me, Jojo. I don’t want to lose you, even in a dream’’ you chocked out looking into his eyes

‘’Hey, hey, I am no going anywhere, especially from a such beauty like you. I survived two proposals and an ultimate being trying to take me away from you, I am not going anywhere’’ with that he winked at you, bringing your faces closer and returning the hug

‘’For now, let us sleep, I will be here for you, right in your arms, darling’’ he kissed your cheek

As you were lying together, Joseph draw comforting patterns on your back calming you until you finally fell asleep, no nightmares disturbing you.

Jotaro: Touching Jotaro’s side of the bed, you found him missing. Did your nightmares become the reality you feared? Stumbling out of your shared bedroom, you started to call for Jotaro, pleading for him to answer you.

Jotaro was in his study room stay until late as usual, trying to do all the work in one go, no matter how much time it might take. Until he heard you practically scream for him. This set off alarms in Jorato’s head. Were you attacked? Did someone get into your shared home?

He quickly stood up with Star Platinum manifesting behind him ready to protect you from whoever was there. Quickly exiting the study room, he bumped straight into your shaking form. You practically checked the entire house before realizing that your boyfriend if probably working in his study room. Almost running to the room, your head was met with Jotaro’s chest, leading to the current situation

‘’What is going on?’’ he asked sternly, still being cautious and ready if the ‘’intruder’’ was still here.

Not giving an answer, you quickly wrapped your arms around his waist burying your head in his chest, trying to even up your breathing, clutching his shirt. The action surprised Jotaro as he was not the most affectionate person. He somewhat awkwardly put his arm on your shoulder, trying to help. However, for what Jotaro didn’t show or do, Star Platinum would compensate.

You felt a pair of cold arms lifting you of the ground in a tight hug. Opening your eyes, you saw Star floating and looking at you with utter worry in his eyes, in contrast with Jotaro averting his eyes and muttering his catch phrase.

‘’I am sorry, it was just a nightmare, I-I saw you dying and as I couldn’t save you and then I saw that you weren’t next to me on the bed I got scared and I….I’’ you were blabbering out or nervousness, still trying to come to terms with your boyfriend being safe. As you were ready to escape Star’s hug to return to your bed you felt his grip disappearing and being replaced by a warm one. Without a word, Jotaro scooped you into his strong hands, now moving towards your bedroom.

He gently placed you on your side of the bed, telling you that he will be right back. After trying and struggling to find a comfortable position to fall asleep, you decided to wait for him. As he returned now dressed up in simple boxers and a t-shirt, he laid next to you under the blanket.

Without a word he pulled you into his chest, burying his nose in your head, lightly kissing it. In return you hugged him closer, listening to his heartbeat, finally calming down after a such exhausting experience.

‘’I am not going anywhere’’ he said suddenly

‘’Huh?’’ you answered back, being already drowsy and sleepy

“I am not going anywhere. Not now, not ever’’ he said confidently, then added quietly “I belong here, with you by my side”

Your heart practically melted at such expression of affection from Jotaro. You tightened your grip around him, finally feeling relaxed and ready to sleep

Kujo

Hearing the front door open, you turned your head to the male entering your house. Jotaro, what feel like for the first time in years, went out without you and not because of work. Somehow Polnareff ended up visiting Japan for a bit, calling Jotaro and asking if they could me. You decided to leave them two for themselves, as they had a lot to talk about. It was their first meeting since Egypt…

“Welcome home, Jotaro. How’s Pol?” you asked, eyeing the man. It appears that the evening went well as he looked pretty energetic even if a little bit drunk.

“Still as loud as ever. He was really excited to meet me, almost crushing me in a hug…” he tried to sound annoyed, yet the tiniest smile on his face said otherwise.

“And you let him?” you chuckled imagining Jean hugging and possibly embarrassing Jotaro.

“Mhm” he got undressed, leaving Jotaro in warm sweater and black pants. He then approached you.

“I got us a takeout with different snacks, just how you like it” he mumbled the last part, hoping not to sound too cheesy.

“It isn’t like you, Jotaro. What’s the occasion?” you smiled warmly at him, feeling the strong smell of your favourite snacks from the bag. How sweet of him.

“I just felt like it” he grumbled averting his gaze.

Putting the bag on the small table next to the couch, he then quickly took a sit next to you letting out a tired sigh. Without a warning Jotaro then laid his head on your lap, feeling exhausted after socializing.

Looking down at the man, you ran your hands through his soft locks, feeling him hum from the action.

“(Y/n)” he broke the silence.

“Yeah?”

“Marry me”

“Not when you’re drunk, Jotaro” you laughed a little, yet blushing at the strong desire in Jotaro’s eyes.

Jotaro swiftly jumped away, startling you. He looked almost offended, pouting like a child.

“I am not drunk” he tried to deny everything, yet his drowsy eyes said it all. Letting out a chuckle, you eyed his cute form.

“Sure you are not, honey” you tried very hard not to smile.

“Don’t you love me?” oh, he definitely looked drunk-hurt, frowning at your teasing expression.

“Of course I do” you reassured the male.

“Then please, marry me” going on one knee(almost falling down, trying hard to be stable), he tried to reason with you. He then suddenly presented you a ring…

“Jotaro”

“Mhm?”

“That’s an onion ring”

Looking harder at the ‘ring’ in his hand, Jotaro was confused, before quickly trying to think of something.

“It’s the symbol. We are like onions” he said in a completely serious voice, yet slumbering “we have layers”

At this point, you couldn’t handle it in, starting to laugh at his adorable rambling. Kissing his cheek you then said “Ask me tomorrow, my love. Let’s sleep for now, you look tired.”

“Okay….BUT I will!” he stumbled over his words as you helped him to walk to your shared bedroom.

“Of course you will” you let out a sigh of relief, getting the male to finally relax and head to the bed. Yet the idea of him wanting to propose still lingered in your mind, making you blush and smile as you helped Jotaro.

As you two started to undress for bed, you found Jotaro struggling with his sweater and pants, movements still sloppy. Letting out a sigh, you finished preparing for bed yourself before approaching Jotaro and helping him.

You helped him to take off his weather, while secretly eyeing his strong form. As you were helping him to get out of his pants you could hear Jotaro speak

“Oh? We are having a first night already? He sounded a bit confusing, but you could see his cheeky drunk smile.

“Shut up, Kujo. I am just helping you” you rolled your eyes, feeling the heat on your cheeks.

“Can I help you too?”

“Oh God, JoJo”

As you two finally lied down on the bed, Jotaro quickly hugged your form, letting his head in your stomach. He was definitely more affectionate than usual, letting his stern façade break before you. As you ran your hand on his back, helping him to relax, you felt Jotaro nuzzle your soft stomach further. As Jotaro was about to fall asleep, he couldn’t help but to say:

“But you know…” he mumbled “I love how (Y/n) Kujo sounds…

Wintertime, first snow. What could be better than making yourself a cup of hot cocoa and letting the fireplace warm you up?

Well.

You asked this yourself. Somehow you found yourself in the battle.

It all started with an innocent shove from your boyfriend, as he chuckles at you covered in snow. Quickly making a snowball, you threw it at Josuke’s back, hearing a small sigh of surprise from the man. This quickly turned into a full-on tactical war. After a while you heard the famous phrase.

“Crazy Diamond” his stand quickly manifested before you, making snowballs at an enormous speed. You couldn’t even let your own stand before his stand started to attack you with snowballs. You then ran away, retreating behind a tree, as you screamed at Josuke for cheating and playing dirty. You could hear him laughing.

Now it was your turn to play dirty. Coming back from your hiding spot you were quick to pull on a sweet smile, approaching your handsome boyfriend with the best intent.

“I wouldn’t get closer if I were you…Unless you want to kiss me?”

“Well…” you dragged the time, slowly approaching the male.

“Well?” he was unsure, stepping away from you as he noticed your sly look “…babe?”

“But what if I want to kiss you, Josuke?” you said sweetly to the man, noticing his soft cheeks covered with blush.

“Oh well…you can of course” he tried not to stutter at your affectionate stare, reluctantly letting you approach him.

As you slowly wrap your arms around his strong neck, Josuke can’t help but to feel butterflies in his stomach. He wraps his arms around your waist, holding you closer, as you almost teasingly slowly close the distance between you two…

Josuke feels something deadly cold at the back of his neck, as he breaks the hug, letting out a scream and trying to get rid of whatever was put there. Snow…

Quickly turning to you, Josuke sees you laughing at your shenanigan, making him even more flustered after letting such shriek.

“(Y/N)!”

“You deserved it, Josuke~” you laughed, then suddenly stopped as you could almost sense the aura of revenge coming from your boyfriend “oh…” you said, before quickly running off.

“Get back here!” you could hear the threat behind as you sped up, trying your hardest to escape the fate that was about to dawn upon you.

Josuke being much stronger and faster, he was quick to catch up to you, wrapping his arms around you as you laugh.

“Gotcha!” he proclaimed wickedly, laughing like a madman.

“Spare my life!” you jokingly plead, trying your best to wiggle out of his strong hold. This resulted in Josuke slipping and falling down with you in his arms, now the two of you were covered with fluffy snow.

“Okay, draw?” you asked Josuke, who was now looking at you from below.

“Draw” he couldn’t help but to eye your pink face, as your lashes were now decorated with the tiniest snowflakes, making you look almost magical on this cold winter day.

Noticing him staring at you silently, you let out a chuckle, brushing snow from his precious hair so it won’t lose its form.

“Don’t worry about my hair now” Josuke suddenly whispered, tightening his hold around your body. Turning your gaze to Josuke, you could see him looking at you with pure adoration, letting the strands of his hair fall onto his face, changing his usual perfect appearance. But he didn’t mind.

Brushing the strands away, you slowly lowered your head as your heart pounded in anticipation. Josuke’s lips met yours half-way, making you melt into man’s strong embrace.

Maybe the cold isn’t as bad as you thought?

It was almost a habit of yours to kiss your beloved before his departure, whether for weeks or even a couple of hours. Giorno thought it was a really cute idea, so soon he started to mimic your actions, always kissing you whenever you have to leave to get something.

As you were approaching him, you could see him smiling widely in anticipation. Standing on your tip-toes closing your eyes and reaching for the kiss, you found him not responding, which made you open your eyes in confusion.

“Gio?” you looked at the blonde, seeing the smirk on his face as he looks down at you

“You gotta try harder for it, my love” he simply answered, leaning his head even more away while chuckling at your confusing face.

“What?”

“You heard me, darling~ ” Gio purred, clearly enjoying the view as you try your best to stand and reach his lips, chuckling at your multiple attempts and puffed cheeks.

Well, two of you can be cheesy.

“Giorno~ ” you mimicked his flirty gaze “don’t you want to kiss your ‘darling’ , you cheeky blonde?” you asked sweetly.

“Well…” he thought or a bit, then smiled “I could never say no to your sweet kisses~ ” he finally bents his head down, making your lips connect in a sweet kiss.

After a moment, you feel yourself being lifted into the air as the blonde holds you in his tight grip, chuckling at your sudden cute gasp. Now you were looking at him from above, noticing the slight blush covering his cheeks almost mirroring yours. Giorno quickly places another kiss on your nose, setting you down, yet still having arms around you.

He almost whispers in his gentle and soft voice…

“I cherish you, my sunshine. I can’t wait to return into your arms.”

Jojos (1-4) confessing + proposing to s/o

Jonathan

~Very shy and anxious about the whole situation. He wants the moment to be perfect, so he’ll plan something for days if not weeks. Jonathan tends to overdo, so he might get you multiple presents, making you worry about the amount he spend on them. But also, he is gentle and wants something special, so Jojo might make something himself. Jonathan will choose your favorite place to confess, decorating it with flowers using hamon. He is anxious for your answer, hoping with all his soul that you’ll answer his feelings. At some point, you will have to calm the man down, seeing how anxious he is. But at the end he confesses, proclaiming his deep strong feelings about you, making you two become red faced. Hearing that the feeling is mutual, he won’t be able to contain his happiness, bringing you into a hug, saying how happy he is.

~If confessing was hard for Jonathan, then proposing is even more stressful. What if you won’t accept his proposal? How to make the moment perfect? Even his father notices this, resulting in a heartwarming talk between them to. His father is proud and supportive, giving Jojo his and mother’s rings, congratulating Jojo and helping him to calm down. At the end, it really depends on your personality. Whenever you are more of a closed person or an outgoing one, Jojo will choose the appropriate place for you two. He is almost crying as you accept his proposal. Jonathan is the happiest man alive

Joseph

~Less anxious and mostly covering his worry with jokes and flirtation, yet sometimes you could see him deep in thought. He is over thinking about the issue. Should he just go straightforward or prepare something? But where and how? Even Caesar notices the change in his behavior, teasing Joseph with a smirk on his face. Yet he just tells Jojo to go for it, even recommending something romantic for him to do. Joseph decides to just go all in, taking you on a walk in the city. He will buy you two sweets as you take in the beauty of Italy. He is surprising you, taking your hand into his, averting his eyes. As you squeeze his hand in return, he feels a bit better, knowing that you don’t mind the gesture. This will prompt him to confess, going from flirting to worrying to going on a speech about his true feelings. He let’s put a sigh as you answer his feeling, wiggling his eyebrows at a silent question for a kiss.

~He isn’t as nervous about proposing, reassuring himself that you love him no matter what. He is either spontaneous or extravagant. He might simply ask you one day for your hand in marriage, surpring you. Joseph would than tell you that he is absolutely serious, prompting you to hug him tightly, accepting. If he decides to go all in, he is planning something big. He is cheesy all the way, getting you gifts, taking you out to an expensive restaurant. He won’t necessarily propose right there, instead proposing later at home, smiling sweetly at you.

Jotaro

~ Doesn’t know what to do at all. At first, he thinks of such feelings as bothersome, trying his best to not think about them. Yet it leads to him being even more grumpy and secretive. Yet after Kakyoin explicitly tells him that his method of dealing with his emotions, are unhealthy and he needs to either to confess or forget. Even his mom can feel that Jotaro is experiencing something completely unusual. Jotaro is straightforward, just confessing out of nowhere as you two sit together, watching the nature in silence. He doesn’t meet your gaze, instead trying to cover his nervousness watching forward. After you also confess, he let’s out a sigh of relief, saying his catchphrase. You could see the tiniest smile on his face as he wraps his arm around your waist, bringing you closer. Jojo is blushing as he feels your head on his shoulder.

~ In terms of proposing, he is more worried. He still doesn’t consider himself to be a perfect boyfriend, yet what about a perfect husband? He decides to settle on a good restaurant, proposing later at home. He tries to be romantic, not being too harsh or stern with you, instead letting himself relax and just go with a flow. His voice is surprisingly soft and gentle as he declares his feelings to you. After getting the positive answer he chuckles a little, nervousness leaving Jotaro. After reluctantly telling mom about his proposal, he would find himself in a tight hug, as Jotaro feels tears on his shoulder. His mom is proud of him, telling Jojo that he deserves only the best in life. His grandma would slap his back, laughing that his grandson finally had the balls to propose to you. Jotaro let’s out a sigh of annoyance yet his soul if warm with calmness

Josuke

~Has the same energy as Jonathan, worrying about the whole ordeal. His friends will notice this, asking if he is okay and if he needs any help. Trusting his friends, Josuke will then tell them about his anxieties. Together they will reassure the male, thinking of different ways he can confess to you. After listening to their thoughts, Josuke is relieved and more confident. After asking you out on a date, he would spend even more time making sure that he looks perfect for you fate, checking everything. He will earn a suspicious glance from his mother, then as she realizes what is going one, she’ll send him a a smirk, teasing her son a little. Yet she then would have a knowing smile, hugging and wishing a good luck. Josuke would take you to a cafe or outside the town as he talks about whatever, trying his best not to feel anxious. At some point he will stop, fully turning to you. Josuke would anxiously confess, not looking at you in order to not lose it. After you confess yourself, he will eagerly smile, hugging you closer. He would quietly ask if he could kiss you, blush covering his strong features.

~He tries to think of many different ways to propose, even going as far as to ask his dad Joseph and Jotaro. The ladder leading to a an awkward conversation making the matters worse. However, his mother is there to help and reassure Josuke. She is very supportive, telling the man how proud she is of him and his partner. They would have a honest deep talk, resulting in Josuke being confident over proposing. Wherever he decides to propose, the answer will be positive, making the man almost cry at the amount of happiness he feels.

JoJos + date night with a shy and introverted reader

Jonathan- He is also a somewhat shy and reserved person, so he would understand s/o personality well, choosing a quieter place for them both. He won’t push you to talk if you don’t want to, instead telling you different stories involving him and his friends, as well as Danny. Would shyly ask if he could hold your hand while you two walk. He is worried about his hand being sweaty, but after you accept and reassure him, he would let out a relieved sigh. Would take you to his garden to look at the flowers, enjoying the quiet time together. Would an absolute sweetheart, making sure that you are comfortable in his presence. Would kiss you on the cheek and thank you for the date.

Joseph- He is pretty much the opposite of you, being a loud ball of excitement. He is happy to take you on a date, commenting on how cute you look, making you blush from his endless comments and praise. But while he is energetic and flirty, he understands that you are rather on a shy and quiet side, so he adjusts and thinks of the more comfortable places he could take you to. Joseph would be happy to take you to the cinema for an evening screening, holding your hands and stealing your popcorn while you two have fun. Would occasionally kiss your cheek in the dark, commenting that people won’t see your red face in the dark so you don’t have to worry. He doesn’t mind staying in if you don’t feel like going out. As long as you are beside him, Joseph is happy. Joseph is affectionate, so if you are okay with it, he would really go out of his way to make you blush. Stealing kisses, surprise kisses, cuddling, no one can stop this man

Jotaro- He is a reserved and quiet person, so it is common that you two spend your time in comforting silence, just enjoying each other’s presence. He would absolutely take you to an aquarium date, especially in the evening. He would hold your hand while walking and as you two stop to watch different fishes. Jotaro would also comment on different species, as he takes great interest in marine life, making you look at him with adoration. As he notices your glance, he would quickly cover his face with the hat, as not to be seen overexcited about visiting the aquarium in your eyes. He might not be the man of the word, but his actions speak louder, even is he is subtle about them. Simply brushing your hair away, holding your hand and making sure that you are enjoying your date would be enough for you. Jotaro would buy a matching pair of cell phone keychains – the small dolphin figure. It’s a small gesture and cute gesture, which makes you kiss his cheek, surprising him.

Josuke – While is he rather extroverted, but he understands your quiet and introverted nature. He would take you for a walk around Morioh, him showing you town’s ‘tourists’ attractions’ and stories behind them, awkwardly smiling as you comment on his heroic acts and strength. At first, he would be nervous about holding your hand, but with time he would find it comforting and cute how your hand fits in his. He would make sure that you feel comfortable near him and would occasionally tell you funny stories about him and Okuyasu, easing your nervousness. While he is generally very open to other people, he might be awkward with showing affection at first, being worried about messing up. Gradually, he will become more confident and would kiss your cheek and hug you more often. Deciding to stay in would lead you two to playing games till the late night or reading manga together. Later you’ll wake up in his warm embrace

Giorno - He is a sensual man and quite introverted himself, so the calm date night is perfect for you both. He would make a special reservation in one of his owned restaurants, so no other people would disturb or make you uncomfortable. He personally will decorate your table with flowers using his stand. Giorno is gentle in his approach, making sure you feel comfortable around him. He is not huge on affection, having a traumatic past, but over time he becomes more confident and opens up a little. His affection is gentle and sincere. Would kiss both of your cheeks when meeting, making you fluster and chuckle. Would have a hand on your back while you two walk to the restaurant to enjoy your evening together.

Jolyne – Being quite extroverted, she would compensate and balance your relationship well, while being understanding and accepting at the same time. She would know the boundaries and can quickly notice the change of mood. She would suggests going to the park or festival in the evening, holding your hand or having her arm around you. She will win you the biggest toy there is, telling you that whenever she is not there with you, the toy will remind you of her. Also, if you’ll feel a bit overwhelmed, hugging the toy might help. She is generally an affectionate person, so expect multiple kisses across cheeks and hugs from her. She would offer to give you a piggyback ride back if you’ll feel tired, showing off and commenting on her strengths and you being so cute with your arms wrapped around her neck with a toy in your backpack.

Johnny – he is not the most outgoing or open person himself, having to deal with confidence issues and self-reflection in the past. He is most likely to stay at home and have a quiet date or take you for a ride on his horse. He won’t admit, but he likes the way you holds him from behind when you two are riding. Would also put his beloved at the front so their back touch be against his chest. He enjoys being closer  as it brings him comfort and the feeling of security. Would enjoy having a movie night, eating popcorn and cuddling with you, occasionally making jokes and commenting on the movie, whether it is very cheesy or just silly. If his s/o falls asleep before him, he would take in your beautiful beautiful features, caressing your cheek before kissing your forehead. He then would settle next to you and fall asleep.

Jonathan, Dio and Speedwagon with an s/o that brings them handmade gifts

Jonathan

You wanted to surprise Jonathan with something cute and handmade. Knowing his love for sweets, you decided to bake him chocolate cupcakes. Jojo was embarrassed to admit his love for sweets, especially chocolate, but you quickly reassured him, saying it is cute and there is nothing to be ashamed of.

So, you spend half a day baking, being careful with measurements, as you didn’t want to mess up, even with Jonathan being supportive and happy pretty much over any gesture. Still, you want only the best for your beloved. You asked to meet Jonathan in the evening, meaning that you’ll have the whole day to try and make and best cupcakes for him. After couple of attempts with some changes in the recipe, you were satisfied with them. You carefully put them into a dark blue box decorated with cold ornaments, then wrapping the box with a gold ribbon. You were right on time, as the evening approached. Getting dressed, you gently took the box, trying not to stir it too much.

As you saw Jonathan from the distance, you hid the box behind your back, to surprise him.

“Hey, Jojo” you greeted

“Hello, darling” Jonathan said with a smile, quickly kissing your cheek “So, why did you want to meet?”

“Can I not meet my handsome and strong boyfriend without a reason?~ ” you teased the man, seeing his cheeks redden after your remark.

“Why, of course not” Jonathan answered, trying to keep his cool.

“I have something for you” you said shyly, hoping he would like your present.

“Oh, what is it?” he eyed you curiously.

“Here. I made these for you” you handed him the box.

“You didn’t have to, really” Jojo blushed, not used to such nice gestures “Can I open it now? If you don’t mind”

“Of course.”

Carefully opening the box, Jonathan’s face lit up. Looking back at you he enthusiastically asked “You made them for me? Really?” You nodded. He couldn’t believe it, such effort and work put into baking… and just for him? His face was shining with adoration and gratitude.

“Can I try one right now?” he eagerly asked.

“Yes, Jojo” you answered, chuckling at his excitement.

Biting off a small piece, Jonathan let a happy sigh, savouring the sweet chocolate taste. After finishing the whole cupcake, he quickly hugged you, wrapping an arm around your waste, while the other one was still holding the box

“Thank you so much, the taste is amazing! I love your present so much, you truly didn’t have to. You are too good for me, dear” he said sweetly, looking down at you. You smiled

“I am glad you liked them. And Jojo, you deserve everything in life, don’t doubt yourself. I treasure and love you greatly” you replied, putting a hand on his cheek.

Unable to hold his feelings and happiness any longer, Jonathan swiftly kissed you, putting all his love into the kiss and tightening his hold around you. As you two separated, he continued to look at you with dreamy eyes

“The cupcakes might be sweet, but you are truly the sweetest thing, my darling” Jonathan kissed your cheek.

Dio

Dio is a complicated man, he isn’t the most affectionate and open person, so you didn’t expect him to even appreciate any gift that wasn’t high class or elegant enough for his standards. But still, you decided to make something for him, regardless if he would take it or not. At least he would see the sign of your affection towards him. With that you settled on knitting him a scarf. A red one to be exact, since you thought it kind of reflected his personality: fierce, ambitious, strong, dominant. The man of power and success.

Knitting the scarf and hiding such fact from Dio was difficult. He noticed that your study sessions with him became shorter, as you excused yourself explaining that you had plans and chores to attend to. This resulted in Dio speculating about your whereabouts and true reasons for disappearing. However, soon he would be reassured.

You had asked to meet him near the lake, not providing the reasoning behind it. This only confused the man further. Arriving to the lake, he was met by your standing form with your arms behind your back.

“So what’s the issue?” he asked straight without greeting you. Typical Brando.

“I have something for you” you decided to play it straight too, without worrying to much about being shy.

“Ho?~ Let us see~” Dio said, acting all cocky and flattered.

You brought your hands from behind your back, showing your present (now tied with a yellow ribbon) to Dio, extending your arms for him to take it…or refuse.

“I made it myself since it’ll soon be colder, and I don’t want you to get sick” you explained.

“Hm, as if I, Dio, will be afraid of a temperature change. You made it yourself, you say? What a generous act, I am quite honored” he said somewhat cockily. The gesture clearly has boosted his ego.

“Well, you don’t have to wear it if you don’t want to. I just want you to have this small gift as a sign of my appreciation. I hope you’ll like it… or rather find it acceptable” you answered, carefully choosing your words.

“Well, I’ll accept it” he simply said, taking the scarf from your hands, but not putting it on.

‘Oh well, at least he took it. It is something already’ you thought. You didn’t expect him to wear it or tell anyone about your gift really, so knowing he at least deemed it acceptable made you happy.

“Ah, Dio, can I borrow your scarf? I can’t find mine” Jonathan asked, holding a red scarf in his hands.

Looking up and seeing the scarf Jojo took, Dio quickly answered, harsh as usual

“Absolutely not. Don’t put your filthy hands on it” he quickly came up to Jonathan and snatched the scarf from him

“God, you don’t have to get so worked up, Dio, it’s only a scarf” Jojo said, backing away confused.

“Perhaps” Dio answered, but he still didn’t let Jojo or anyone else take it.

Perhaps it was a simple scarf, who knows? But the red cloth was only worthy to warm and wrap around Dio Brando’s neck. His favorite one, even if he doesn’t want to admit it.

Speedwagon

Robert wasn’t the most confident person, usually trying to refuse any gifts, whether expensive or not, with the reason of him being not worthy of such generous things. However, you thought differently. Whenever he saw ugliness, you saw beauty. He saw a disgrace to the humankind, you saw a noble gentleman. Such contrast played on the feelings of Speedwagon, making him question his worth and your presence in his life. So, with that in mind you decided to show him that he is worthy of affection and companionship.

You were painting a portray of him, capturing his strong features. His blonde hair that you loved to run your hands through and that swirled beautifully in the air. He would always try to hide it away with his hat, but you didn’t mind, he was charming either way. His deep brown eyes that make you melt under their gaze. Robert keeps on saying that they are boring and plain, but to you they look warm and welcoming, especially when they gaze at you with such love and adoration. His scar, the symbol of courage and struggles he overcame. He worries about you thinking less of him because of the scar, but you don’t. It’s a sign of a strong soul and bright future. That is what you saw in him. And you tried your best to portray that on your canvas.

After finishing your work, you carefully wrapped it in a black cloth decorated with a gold pattern. With that, you asked Robert to come to your place. After greeting you with a kiss, he took off his coat, hanging it in the drawer, then reluctantly taking off his precious hat. Coming to the living room, he noticed your shy look as you sat on the couch. Raising an eyebrow in question, he sat next to you, taking your hand in his.

“Darling, is something the matter? You seem a bit..stiff” he was unsure what to say.

“Ah, well… I kinda… made you something” you confessed, looking away.

“Made me something? You didn’t ha-” he said confused a bit but trying to refuse it already.

“No! Listen, I won’t take no for an answer, Robert, I wanted to make something for you for a long time. And I tried my best, so please…at least look at it” came an answer back, somewhat saddened by his attempt to decline.

“Alright, dear” he finally agreed.

You stood up, going to another room to retrieve your present. As you sat back down, you gave him the wrapped gift.

“Hmm, you got me intrigued now, darling” Robert said now interested in your present.

Taking off the cloth, his eyes widened, looking at the piece of art before him. As if he was looking in the mirror, he took in his own features, noticing all the details and colours in the work. He was astonished by our talent and especially your portrayal of him. Is this how you see him? Is this how your eyes view him as you stare at him with a loving gaze? He didn’t know what to say, the realization struck him at once. That’s what you meant by all these nice comments about him, how you saw him differently, not as a dangerous criminal or a filthy rat not worthy of anyone’s attention, No, THIS is how you saw him, a noble man, a healed individual, a strong-willed person.

He didn’t say anything, silently putting the work away. He could see your worried look as you saw him turn to meet your eyes with his watery ones. Without a word, he pulled you in a tight hug burying his head into your neck. Multiple ‘thank you’s were exchanged that day and so did ‘I love you’s. Any other words weren’t a necessity that evening, just the warmth of bodies was enough to show one another the deepest feelings. That day, something changed, for that day Robert is thankful.
