GETTING BACK ON TRACK: No Burnout Challenge
Yes you heard that right, WE'RE BRINGING IT BACK
Last year I started a "no burnout challenge" for 20 days to get myself through exam season, and it helped immensely!!!! So this time, as my final exams of my final semester of final year is nearing, and with a lot of studying in the near future, I have made an executive decision to bring back this challenge!!
Goals I have for this challenge:
⭐ Never overexert myself. Pushing myself a little is okay, because sometimes it's good, but I should not continue studying if I am tired and my body needs rest.
⭐ Try to wake up early and go to bed early. A good sleep schedule helps with both my physical and mental health so I will definitely try following that. However, on days when I have a bad flare and i need to sleep in so that I can recover well, I am allowed to sleep as much as my body needs.
⭐ Take at least one long break a day. I should not continuously study for hours as that will tire me out and can sometimes trigger flares as well.
⭐ Try studying everyday. Emphasis on TRY. I will try my best to get some studying done everyday, but if it is a bad pain day, I'm not obligated to study.
The challenge will go on for 30 days, with the first post being tonight (in a couple of hours). At the end of 30 days I will be directly entering pre-exam week. The posts can be found under #no burnout challenge
Wish me luck!! And let's hope this no burnout challenge would help me stay sane and do well in my exams :)
