Speaking of religious and spiritual practices, I have a variety of characters who consider their practices an important part of their lives, but most don't consider it an important part of their lives or they're atheist.
Lynette's probably the most obvious in her religious practices as she was a Roman Catholic nun. Same thing for Sister Alexandrie who helped to raise Lynette.
Mint's A.M.E. and just keeps religious holidays in mind and attends church. It's sort of the same for Francis' family.
Nadeya is Muslim and depending on the universe it has a major part in her life decisions. Most of the time though she's non-practicing.
Shizue, in some universes, is a practicing Buddhist.
Jyotsna was raised Hindu but, as she grows older, she's an atheist. Depending on the universe and her relationship with her parents, she still practices for the sake of pleasing them.
Anastasia borders on atheist a lot of the time. Her parents don't have any practices aside from whatever wizard ones that could be considered spiritual.
Wendy does not follow the traditional Sicangu Oyate Lakota practices as she grows older.
On the other hand, my other native characters Tuwa (Hopi) and Sakari (Inuit) do in some form.
Depending on the universe, Kiana's practices vary or sometimes she's an atheist.
Marcos and Desiree were raised Catholic, but as they grow older they're atheist.
