On the lower level are two additional bedrooms, a full bath with shower/tub combo (completely remodeled in 2021), living room with a second 55" TV, washer, and dryer. Other than your private room, you will share access to all living areas with other guests. There is a garage that can be used to store gear, bikes, etc but vehicular parking is driveway only. There is a spacious backyard/garden and deck. All utilities including high-speed internet are included. Guest access Your room comes with one parking spot in the driveway.
