Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper. 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/4 tsp paprika. 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 12 hamburger buns optional. Cheese slices, lettuce, tomato, and condiments for serving optional.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flash freeze them for 1-2 hours until they are firm. Once the patties are frozen, individually wrap each patty in plastic wrap or aluminum foil, making sure they are sealed tightly. Place the wrapped patties in a resealable freezer bag, label with the date, and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. When ready to cook, preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a grill, oil the grates to prevent sticking. Cook the frozen patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness 160F internal temperature. If desired, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in the skillet for a minute until lightly browned. Serve the cooked patties on the buns with cheese slices, lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments. Enjoy your homemade freezer burger patties!
