My French prof getting the official dean of French studies to send me a formal request asking me to become a French major is just so funny to me because, like, does he not understand that I have reached my absolute limit when it comes to French??

Like I didn’t get a c in grade school French for nothing.

I hope this gives you ideas on how to tackle your own classes. I might do something like this each semester or when I take a class that makes me develop a new study strategy. It took me a few weeks to find out what kind of studying would work for each class, but now I’ve found the tactics that work for me. Let me know what works for you!

Personal Update

This is the last day of the first week of my last semester of my undergrad degree. I’m actually applying to universities in France to do my masters, but more on that later.

This semester I’m taking two French classes (French in North Africa and the Middle East, and French Cinema) and three classes for my other major, one of which is on the French Revolution, and honestly, I’m so excited. Hopefully, I’ll be able to pull some good vocab lists from these classes and call it studying lol
