Important message for Frev/LRF (1989) fans!
I managed to get tickets for a celebration of Andrzej Seweryn's (LRF Robespierre) 80th birthday.
I know that the fandom has taken a certain liking to him and so I would like to surprise him with a little album of birthday wishes from the frev fandom.
You can write "happy birthday" in the comments, repost it with a longer message/card or even doodle something for him!
TWO RULES:
1. Be appropriate
2. Submit your message by Saturday (25th of April) 6PM (GMT+2) (i'm sorry for such a small time frame but family surprised me with these tickets only today and his party is on Sunday)
FREV MUSICAL ENG SUB
After weeks of work, "Les Amants de la Bastille" finally has english subtitles for all non-french speakers out there
I would like to thank my friend Maxime for the help in understanding and contextualize alot of lingo and sentences and keeping me company during the process
Some Saintpierre for you, in two versions, cause why not. There are two wolfs inside me after all.
Guys, I'm curious, what would be your headcanons if the french revolutionaries lived through the 2026 World Cup?
Mine is that Marat would be at the bar for every match involving France, and screaming very loudly for nothing
Robespierre's Rosette Badge!
This was of cour course inspired by French Cockades. It's the first time I make something like this but I like how this turned out...now I just have to figure out where to pin this z.z
Hi frev fandom!!
I'm currently writing a short saintspierre comic, and I need your help.
I'd like for someone who knows really well the time period (early 1794 january/nivose an II) to help me talk about/fix some dialogue and characterization.
I am not from the 100% historically accurate crowd so some leeway is possible, but I prefer to work with all the knowledge about the period possible. I often find rather vague/contradictory statements about the precise moment I'm working on, which is fine by me (I'm doing historical fiction, not a documentary/scientific paper) but I like to have all the facts in hand when I write historical drama.
I am done writing it and thumbnailing it, I am currently cleaning up my thumbnails (I write/thumbnail at the same time, so it's very messy and only I understand them lol).
The comic is approx 50 pages long, and nsfw/contains light gore. It's also in french.
Feel free to drop in my DM if you are willing to give some help and pointers. Thanks in advance for your help 🤭🤭
Robespierre and Saint-Just are not intellectual property owned by an entertainment franchise. They were actual human beings who lived, breathed, died for their ideals, shaped the course of history, and were slandered for over 200 years by people who need convenient scapegoats.
