This is my first take on the subject of "commitment issues" where I explored just one side of it - how to start the healing process if it happens that you are the one who is hurting due to this problem in any relationship.
These are just my thoughts. For any meaningful support please check in with your mental health expert.
This journal entry is my journey down the path of daily journaling. I started this challenge for myself simply because I enjoy journaling process and would love to make a documented daily practise out of it.
