High gear, left rotator cuff gave out
Since this week I've been out of protein isolate powder which sucks but on the flip side I feel soo much stronger, especially in my legs, it's gotta be the running. Squatting up to 160lb now, I cm only get about 3 on my own bit it's progress.
I breezed through legs yesterday and shoulders today too but I decided to changes front raise from standing to inclined bench sitting to isolate the shoulder muscles some more first set was 15 lb n that was kinda simple but then I tried the second set and apparently threw or pulled my left rotator cuff. But I didn't realize it till finishing my first set of back flys. So I had to stop the gym 2 sets short of completing my work out.
I can't sleep on my left side or add any pressure in there till its healed. This affects my abs routines in the morning (oblique crunches are out for a week or so :( and it affects my yoga not sure if I'm even allowed to do planks plank seeing as tho the weight is on two hands and not one, will check at the gym tomorrow I guess.
Progress looks and feel good though, just to keep the freight train in high gear and keep steaming ahead :).
