A requiem for Elsa's humanity
When she was frozen in Ahtohallan, Elsa witnessed the world through the spirits, they were omnipresent. Therefore, she could see Anna's breakdown and grieving, and her decision to blow up the dam. Elsa pleaded to the spirits to let her go back and save Arendelle and her sister.
The spirits acquiesce on one condition, she cannot go back as a human, and must, therefore, extinguish her humanity.
Elsa can't quite get herself to do it. Her human side is represented here by evil elsa. Sure, she would be in control of all her powers once her humanity is dead. However, it is also the part of her that has always loved and cared for Anna.
It is a terrible moment for her, where she's only got one choice; to remove her human nature and embrace being a spirit, if she wishes to save everyone.
That is why both 'Evil Elsa' and 'Fifth Spirit Elsa' are weeping.
The human part of Elsa weeps as she realizes that she's going to die, however as is in her nature, she won't go down without a fight.
The Spirit part of Elsa weeps because after this, she would never get to fully embrace those who she loves and cares for.
Now they must fight to settle everything once and for all.
Such is the toll of facing what the river knows.

Doctor!Elsa and Policewoman!Anna
In the midst of the coronavirus crisis
Late at night, after a gruelling shift at the hospital, attending Dr.Elsa just wanted to weep. She couldn't remember the last time she stepped out of the teaching hospital and met anyone other than the patients and fellow attendees and nurses. It was a dismal affair, with no end in sight.
As she opened the door to her room, due another shift in six hours, she just wanted someone to hold her in some way, take her mind off it.
Lo and behold, there Anna was.
This chipper patrolwoman had sneaked into the good doctor's life after becoming her roommate. A year ago, if you told this distant woman that this ginger law enforcer would become her best friend and soulmate, she would scoff and would have a bemused expression on her face.
But there they were, a year since they first met and becoming two twin ports in this storm called life.
'Sanitizer ?' Anna offered.
'Thanks' Elsa said weakly. It was enough for Anna to catch on.
'Tell me, snowball' Anna, ever the compassionate one, even if she was just as dead tired as Elsa.
'There's no end in sight, everyday I walk into those chambers of death, all my efforts are in vain. But I pressed on, until today' Elsa spoke through tired tones, but Anna sensed the tears about to come.
'Go on' Anna prodded on, secretly dreading what Elsa was about to say.
'The morgue was filled today, no more space to place the dead' With that, the platinum blonde broke down.
At great risk to herself, Anna hugged the weeping woman, distance be damned.
'I couldn't help them, I failed them' spoke the doctor after a bout of weeping into her roommate's bosom. 'I never thought you would fear answering questions and look for comfort in lies' she continued, 'I don't know what to do'. At that, Anna looked her in the face and spoke ' There's something you need to know, you are not alone in this. This is everyone's battle to fight, everyone must rise up and face it. This will test us all in ways we never imagined. Just hold on and do the next right thing, as I always say.'
Anna then proceeded to caress Elsa's back until the blonde calmed down and looked up gratefully.
'I could kiss you right now' Elsa breathed.
'Wow, you are really tired, huh? Crying into my uniform and now this' Anna grinned.
'Well it was a long day' Elsa smiled back.
'Yeah' Anna said. For a moment they held each other, taking each other's love and strength to prepare for the coming morning.
'You know what happened on patrol today?'
'What?'
'I played some Disney songs and people started cheering, best day of my career so far'
Elsa laughed, ' I love you, you silly woman'
'I love you too' Anna retorted.
An excerpt from my in progress fanfic, frozen-the epic titled:
Elsa's rage and hate:-
As Elsa desperately tried to fend off the assassins out for her blood, they had succeeded in cornering her to the statues of her loved ones behind her.
Elsa had no more left to give; this was her palace, her sanctuary, her home, her prison, her temple and her tomb. She would rather be obliterated than be taken by force.
Making peace with that terrible realization, she stepped on the offensive. If it was to be a battle for her life, she would make sure the world would remember it. She didn't wish to kill, but she would spare no effort in keeping them away. With that, her palace became her personal battlefield, if cold and ice was to be her legacy, so be it.
A bullet barely missed her face as she instinctively ducked for cover. She may have escaped that bullet unscathed, but the same could not be said about her shrine.
It was over in an instant, as the bullet found its mark right in the centre of her family's statues, as if openly mocking the Snow Queen's intentions to protect those who she cared for and loved. To further step on said wound, the statues cracked into a million little pieces and came crashing down upon the Snow Queen and her assailants.
The sheer impact of the crash shook the castle to its very foundations. For several moments afterwards there was a deathly silence as the rest of the Arendellian guard came to the scene. Then suddenly, the Snow Queen arose from the carnage, stunned and caked with blood. As her assailants came to their senses as well being heavily bruised, the Arendellian guard wondered if the Queen had become a statue of ice herself.
Their doubts were violently dashed as the queen screamed for a good long while at the damage. For Elsa, this was the last straw. Hunting her down was one thing as she maintained a stoic resignation of her own life, but her family? Her well meaning, blameless, ever loving family being destroyed?
Now this was personal.
Consequences be damned, reputation be damned, these people need to be dealt with once and for all.
And so, on that fateful moment, Elsa summoned a lifetime of anger, anguish, pain, grief, rage and hatred in the form of a massive blizzard that could possibly swallow them all.
The Arendellian guards fell back in horror as the gale picked the razorsharp ice fragments from the statues and the walls of the castle, which came together to form a basilisk worthy of a place in the book of revelations and the old testament. A giant serpent like creature consisting of pain, anguish, ice, rage and pure hatred, waiting to descend upon its mistress' attackers like the divine wind of destruction.
Then Elsa gave the fateful command,
Lay waste to these devils
While the ice palace is beautiful, it is pretty hollow. If it were up to me, I would have added some statues of the people who Elsa gives importance to in her life. She's so starved of affection and so deathly afraid of what could happen, that she would rather build sculptures and embrace them for comfort.
Giving it a quality similar to a shrine, or a museum if you will.
Also after her fight/arguement with Anna, the scuptures start to crack and jagged icicles emerge from them, and Elsa feels hopeless
This is my recreation of a very famous Bollywood movie (pyaasa, or thirsty) poster, which instantly reminded me of Helsa, the angstiest ship to have ever shipped.
