Similarities between two of my favorite franchises with two of my favorite ships: Zootopia and Trolls
1. Nick and Judy as Branch and Poppy
Nick would make a perfect Branch in that they’re both sarcastic, sassy loners who have a hard time making friends because of traumatic childhoods. It isn’t until a certain little lady helps them come out of their shell and see their true potential, and then those ladies become the person the care about most in the whole world. They both admit so in the second movie.
Judy is perfect as Poppy because of their positive outlooks on life, and wanting to prove that they are capable individuals looking out for the greater good of their people. They sometimes try too hard, and it isn’t till a certain fella comes into their life that they realize it and come to understand that they can only do so much without putting their lives in danger.
2. Pawbert as Creek
I mean, come on! Seemingly nice guy who turns out to be the twist villain who also seems to take interest in the female lead?
3. Yax and Clawhauser as Cooper and Biggie
Yax and Cooper are both goofy characters with contagious laughter. While they don’t seem like the “sharpest tools in the shed,” they actually are both quite insightful.
Clawhauser and Biggie are both big, lovable goofballs.
4. Finnick as Smidge, to me, is perfect in that both are tiny but light characters with deeper voices than you’d picture for them initially.
5. Gazelle and Fru Fru as DJ Suki and Satin & Chenille
Gazelle would be good as DJ for the musician element.
Fru Fru, I feel, can be the combo of Satin & Chenille for the fashionista factor.

JUDY: she/her cis aroace bisexual. was mildly interested in the idea of romance as a teen + pressured by her extended family to settle with a partner. bonnie and stu weren't overt with it (unlike gram gram) but that was still the most expected outcome. she's dated some mammals but none of these relationships ever grew into anything meaningful bc it just wasn't what judy truly wanted! her very special connection with nick wasn't anything she's ever felt before, not to mention that their meeting lowkey changed her life forever so yeah you guessed it they've got a secret third queerplatonic thing going on. she's fully indifferent towards sex too. no new babies for the hopps fam!!
NICK: he/sometimes she cis(?) pan demirose. okay walk with me here, he's a dude but he loves to fag it up once in a while. i think he enjoys cross-dressing on occasion and it all started when he had to dress up as a vixen after too many citizens began to recognize him as finnick's "dad" during the scams. still does it for any undercover missions and has absolutely made judy to be the guy at least once. i feel the need to mention that they're in a qpr once again 💗 IT'S MY WORLD YOU CANNOT TAKE THIS HC AWAY FROM ME THAT'S HIS CLEVER BUNNY!!!!!
FINNICK: he/him cis straight man but he's an ALLY 💪 he fully does not care about what other animals get up to. i will say though that lesbians have probably mistaken him as a stone butch a few times
CLAWHAUSER: he/they "i'm probably nonbinary but i got a job so idrc about that right now". and GAY. this is very specific but i like to believe they're in that phase where he's like "oh yeah you can use they for me i don't mind!" even though deep down he is in fact Not Entirely A Man. i swear only a queer could love gazelle as much as benjamin does
CHIEF BOGO: he/him trans bisexual alertttt! once again extremely specific vision that i pulled out of my own ass (head), nothing to back it up except my imagination. i actually have a lot of bogo hcs that are baseless assumptions, it's fun. just think of that b99 clip that's like "if you do not give me what i want i will release proof that you are bisexual" "i came out 30 years ago." "GAHH YOU'RE IMPOSSIBLE"
PRISCILLA: she/they trans woman!!! i feel it i know it in my heart!!! look at her and tell me she's cis. feel like she's straight bc fiction needs more straight trans people rep
FLASH: he/they trans as WELL he's transsloth4transsloth with prissy <3 omni. don't question it it's in the vibes
FRU FRU: she/her SAPPHIC she is a sapphic rodent to me if not a lesbian. i know she marries a guy but waahhhh don't you see how awesome it could've been if she was the heir to a whole entire mafia AND SAPPHIC!!! also lil judith having 2 mamas makes me extremely emotional for no reason ,,,
GAZELLE: she/any pan and poly. PAN AND POLY. she's like the embodiment of the concept of freedom and happiness and diversity in this city, i know for a fact she's dating all her funky background dancers
BELLWETHER: homophobic homosexual HAA okay i'm kidding she's probably cishet. does not support gay animals not bc she's actually homophobic but bc there's too much hatred in her heart for all living things in general
GIDEON: he/him cis gay. you agree. just look at his hair come on

After seeing Zootopia+, I just had to draw some stuff based on it! It was fine, btw. Would’ve liked more, but it just felt good to see this world again.

How have I not seen this before?! Pan American World Airways existed in the world of Zootopia too! Apparently this is by Byron Howard and he posted it on his Twitter earlier this year. And he did such a good job with it! The font for Pan Animal at the top is spot on for what Pan Am used from the mid-sixties onward and, except for the “An” instead of “Am”, the blue globe tail flash is identical to the logo that graced the vertical stabilizers of Jet Clippers of that era! He even included the airline’s slogan from the sixties: “The World’s Most Experienced Airline!” And to top it off, Fru Fru looks outstanding as a Pan An stewardess!
Though I never got the chance to take a flight on Pan Am (they went bust about a year before I was born), I would argue that it is the greatest airline that's ever existed. No airline will ever come close to matching the reputation Pan Am had at it’s peak and I would have loved the opportunity to have flown for them.
Also, the ad makes reference to multiscale Clippers. I think this backs up your headcannon, @notactualusername!

I’ve seen some Fanfics where Mr.Big’s family is close with Judy and Nick. I just want to put it out there that...
Mr. Big is not a good guy.
He was literally going to murder Nick and Judy, and not only that, but in one of the most excruciating ways because of a rug. The only reason he didn’t do this was because of pure luck.
Fru Fru even said “No ice-ing on my wedding day,” which implies that any other time is fine (So idk how I feel about Fru Fru either). It also means that ice-ing isn’t just used as a threat, but is carried out enough that Fru Fru would have to ask for its halt.
I’d add more about how “looking the other way” from blatant criminal behavior (((just because someone named their kid after you))) isn’t a characteristic of a good cop...but that opinion might be a little too unpopular. Whoopsie number onesie.
