breakfast:
smoothie made of 4 bananas, 10 dates, 250ml coconut water and water
2 apples
unsweetened soy milk matcha latte
intake so far: ~950kcal (WOOHOO)
lunch:
same smoothie again
4 bananas, 10 dates, 250ml coconut water and water
~750kcal
dinner: (very late because i was full the whole day)
selfmade low sodium veggie soup with all the veggies i have left (even sauerkraut - THIS WAS SO GOOD!) and gluten-free ducky noodles.
total intake: maybe about 2500-3000kcal?
mood: im fine! today is going to be super super stressful and i hope i'll manage.
