I could eat nectarines all day.
Im going to be bouncing off the walls in a minute, just feasted on apples, berries and pears yumm :)) (shouldnt have eaten the pears though, my stomach will be sore, my body doesnt like it, oh well, it was yum)

breakfast:
smoothie made of 4 bananas, 10 dates, 250ml coconut water and water
2 apples
unsweetened soy milk matcha latte
intake so far: ~950kcal (WOOHOO)
lunch:
same smoothie again
4 bananas, 10 dates, 250ml coconut water and water
~750kcal
dinner: (very late because i was full the whole day)
selfmade low sodium veggie soup with all the veggies i have left (even sauerkraut - THIS WAS SO GOOD!) and gluten-free ducky noodles.
total intake: maybe about 2500-3000kcal?
mood: im fine! today is going to be super super stressful and i hope i'll manage.
Food combining
Okay so just watched Freelee's video on food combining and the first thing pretty much summed up my last days. "Walking around with a big bloated belly" and that is just extremely depressing! But no worries now because I will read more about this and soon be more happy and in less pain!
