dont know the calories - might be about 1000kcal? im not sure!
im not sure if it should be 90/5/5 oder 80/10/10 - it depends on what im eating, but i think its perfectly fine (to me at least).
mood #1 (breakfast): stressed and grumpy (i have a statistics exam today and im going to fail!) UGH
mood #2 (dinner): okay, im still stressed but i kinda managed to be not THAT bad at the statistics exam. chemistry exam tomorrow :( and i have a headache (im under the weather)
