The light tastes of white peach and lychee are mixed with the bright sweetness of mixed red berries to make these tasty popsicles. They're great on hot summer days or whenever you want a fruity, cool treat!
Ingredients: 2 white peaches, peeled and diced. 1 cup lychee flesh, peeled and deseeded. 1 cup mixed red berries such as strawberries, raspberries, and cranberries. 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar. 1/2 cup water.
Instructions: In a blender, combine the diced white peaches, lychee flesh, mixed red berries, honey or agave nectar, and water. Blend until smooth and well combined. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
