Fairy Tail Chapter 490 "Fairy Tail Zero"

1. Flashbacks of Zera saying, "This isn't goodbye." Is what made Mavis wake up and that is a sign that Zera is fully now alive. 2. Mavis is now alive and can use magic, does Ankhseram still cursed her or not? We do not know, yet. 3. Gajeel isn't dead, he thinks he is but he's not. That place where Gajeel wakes up from looks like Tenroujima to me. 4. When Gajeel wakes up and saw a figure starting to form up and then it mutters something, well it is Zera and to me she isn't muttering some words, she was actually casting a spell. 5. Zervis meeting. Boom. The feels. 6. I love Mavis' new outfit, I hope Mashima-sensei will make it her new clothes because it's flawless and beautiful. 7. That part where Zeref sits like a emperor and the background having the FT guild mark is awesome. 8. Wendy and Charles are now alone in somewhere only Mashima-sensei knows and I noticed that page where Charles is talking, you can see the the traveling temple, Olympia. 9. I have that feeling where the guild members and Cana are transfered to will faced the west army force, which is the main force. 10. Gray, Juvia and Erza is I don't know where but the surroundings made me thinks that they are at north, where Warrod is. 11. Eileen sitting on the throne. She is literally like, "Checkmate, fufu." 12. If the King and Arcadeus isn't aware of Alvarez attack on Magnolia, well Boston has disappeared from the map, I'm gonna go pluck the King's mustache. 13. Eileen using 'Universe One' for the first time, I'm sure she was saving her magic power for this boom magic. 14. Mercurius and Caldia Cathedral just beside each other, that entertains me. 15. Natsu groping Lucy's breasts seems normal in the manga but Lucy didn't react like where she just punch or slap him like she used too in the past is not normal. I'm still surprised by her reaction this time but she still blush. 16. I wonder what Zeref will do now that Mavis is just a few inch front of her. 17. If Mavis uses magic to attack or defend herself from Zeref, that will be epic. 18. Acnologia is now most likely flapping his wings in his dragon form in the water and that helps him to swim faster. 19. The next chapter, "Mother and Child". I don't know why but I just kind of thought of Lucy and Layla. But it's kind of not going to happen. 20. Erza and Eileen? Nope. Why you ask, because Erza is unconscious and is far away from Eileen who is sitting on her throne enjoying the glory. 21. Brandish is alive and yes I'm relief. August must've just knock her out to prevent her from stopping him to attack Natsu and the rest. 22. Mest, I still hate you. 23. Dimaria is probably now are free, as well the others spriggan held captive. 24. I like that moment where Mavis and Zeref called their names like.. I've been waiting for this ಥ_ಥ 25. "What business do you have being alive?" Oh come on Zeref, I know you're shock too to see her alive. 26. Zera, one of the fairies of origin. Some people started to think that she is the real Fairy Heart but to me, no she is not. Why you ask? Because Mashima-sensei knows that people will begin think it of that way and he is just too smart for us too predict. See how many plot twist he makes? And we are all shocked? And of course, this arc is not going to be the last one. I AM RELIEVED.

Kind if wish the separating of Natsu, Lucy, Happy, Mest, Brandish, and August had been different. I would have liked Natsu alone where he is right now, Lucy, Brandish, and August together, and then Mest and Happy doesn't matter but I would want Natsu to stay solo. From where Natsu is now it seems like the original Team Natsu will encounter Irene and I just feel like Natsu encountering Irene alone would be better. Then with Lucy, Brandish, and August, August could expose to Lucy that Natsu is Zeref's brother, if that is something he knows.

AND THEN THE WORLD ENDED.

well no, it really didn’t.

all the theories of what Universe One would do and it just... shrunk Fiore to a 20th of it’s size and also relocated people (impressive, of course, especially considering the scale, but i think it’s safe to say we were all expecting something else, especially considering the countdown)

so. mavis has a dream about her final moments with zera before waking up to an empty guild (and of course she can walk around, nevermind that last chapter she mentioned her muscles were kind of atrophied...). but wait, it’s not empty.

because zeref himself is there, looking all smug and like he owns the place. and while we all wanted a zervis reunion... from the looks on both their faces, you wouldn’t think that the last time they saw each other in the flesh they were smooshing faces and proclaiming love.

natsu and lucy and happy are alive and (groping aside, ugh mashima, why again), they seems more or less okay. and my theory of them being saved by horologium went down the drain but anyway. but yeah, natsu negating at least some of that crazy ass spell (remember it could be seen from the guild) is awesome, way to go natsu!

gray and erza and juvia have become separated from wendy and charle and the shipper inside cannot help but squeal at how gray won’t leave the still unconscious erza’s side at first. you will pry this ship from my cold dead hands, i don’t care what mashima does with either of them. but at least we know that they’re all alright for now (as alright as they can be given the situation anyway)

and we also see that the group at the guild has been brought together with mira’s group and, not surprising, are close to a big ass alvarez army. what i wanna know is where levy and lily are.

and nevermind erza and eileen, at the moment things seem to point towards a nalu versus eileen fight seeing as team natsu ended up close to crocus (also have magnolia and crocus been fused together? or was just the cathedral brought so close to the capital?)

and of course eileen has very nonchalantly seated herself on the throne of fiore. i am not surprised in the least. 

and then the biggest surprise of the chapter (aside from the, noone died bit)

not only does gajeel seem to be alive (though is he? is he really in the plane of the living?) but ZERA MAKES AN APPEARANCE BEFORE HIM AND I HONESTLY DID NOT EXPECT THAT. MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE, BUT I DIDN’T.
