(Am I inspired by the clip we got of god games from epic the musical: divine intervention…yes). Idk would anyone read this fic?
In honour of the Pennsic that is not happening, here is some sketches from around 2012 of various Doctor Who characters at Pennsic. Descriptions under cut.
The fourth doctor lounges with his feet on a cooler shaped like K9 under a banner striped like his scarf. Four wears late medieval clothing with a peaked hat. Leela looks on, looking normal except she has the tuchuck symbol on her arm, probably in henna.
There is an arrow pointed at four with the caption “Draw me like one of your British Doctors”
The Seventh Doctor wears early renaissance clothing and watches as Ace, wearing a simple t tunic and a belt with two knives and a belt buckle with “Ace” written on it, tries out a crossbow.
The Sixth Doctor looks offended as Peri steals some of his Odyssey Coffee slushie. Peri is dressed as a bellydancer and the sixth Doctor is dressed as a landsknecht.
The first master, dressed like a late period cardinal, schemes as he watches Liz, the third Doctor, and the brigadier walk past in 1630s garb. The brig is dressed as a musketeer. The Doctor holds both of his companions’ hands.
On beggar’s row, Ben, Polly, Jamie and the second Doctor perform. Polly wears a dress that is somewhere between Disney princess and early ren. Ben wears a tunic, hood, and crossgarters. He places a crown of strawberry flowers and strawberry leaves on her head. (strawberry leaves appear on ducal coronets) Jamie, dressed as he normally does, does the highland fling as the Doctor, dressed as a celt with plaid pants and a a torc, plays his recorder. There’s a bowl with some money in it and a card reading “fault locator broke”.
Polly- Are those strawberry leaves?
Ben- That’s right, Duchess.
The Eleventh doctor, wearing a long middle-eastern tunic and a fez, watches the young verisons of Amy and Rory playing. Amy wears a plaid bog dress and is brandishing a stick like a sword. Rory wears a roman tunic and is carrying a stuffed doll that looks like River.
The tenth doctor, in a corthardie, has an argument with Donna Noble, who is wearing tudor with a pentagonal headdress.
The Eighth doctor wears tight trousers and a poet shirt. He is looking at various pocketwatches at Lost and Found. Behind him, Grace Holloway covers her mouth in embarrassment. She is wearing a bodice with no chemise and a long skirt. Chang Lee stands behind her, smiling and holding a large bag. He wears a open vest and a torc. None of them are in “good” garb.
The first doctor wears a late medieval tunic with a high collar. He is holding up a gallon bottle of water to Steven’s face and he looks to be lecturing him. Steven looks more surprised than chastised, and he is wearing plate mail and carrying a shield with a panda’s face on a parti-coloured background.
Five and the kids are in a line holding hands. In front, The fifth doctor wears early period garb with embroidery around the collar of his tunic and striped trousers, with an early period cap. Next in line, Adric seems to be asking what they are doing, he is wearing a tunic and an open vest. he has a tied belt with a star badge hanging off one hip. After him, Nyssa wears a dark-coloured corthardie and a fancy comb. She has a placid expression. At the end of the line, Tegan wears Italian ren with a Juliet cap with attached false braid. She appears to be crossly questioning the decision to walk all holding hands.
Rose and nine cuddle on the castle. They are both wearing renfair garb, he has an open jerkin, and she wears a bodice with the chemise pulled off the shoulders in the popular “I don’t know this is a sign of prostitution in period” position.
All doctors have the chirurgeon's badge on their belt.
