kinda worried.. u say ur endo-neutral and endo-safe, but anyone who says "endos may or may not exist" kinda scares us off, since it means they see our existence as possibly being fake and we're worried they could turn or support anti-endos at any moment since they dont realy believe in them.. sorry if you dont like being asked about this but why are you endo-neutral instead of fuly believing endos r real? /polite genq

Hm. Well. First of all , I don’t use endo neutral , not anymore at least . I use the term syscopunk / dwts now , because I’m very against syscourse and frankly find the infighting to be useless .

tbh , I do believe endogenics exist , and I feel the same with all types of plurality , especially since we ourselves are some flavour of plural but don’t believe that we are traumagenic . no one’s plurality should ever be seen as fake . period .

if I’m gonna be super honest right now , I used the term neutral for so long rather than pro just out of like. Fear ? Since a very large portion of the emoji community is quite violently anti endo , and we have some mutuals who are anti endo ( and no this isn’t me saying I think they’re ‘ violently ’ anti endo btw ) . We just kinda wanted to fly under the radar in that topic , if that makes sense ?

When I first did actually use the term neutral , it was just because we had just been starting to feel more open-minded on the concept of other types of plurality . Now i wouldn’t call myself anything . If others perceive us to be pro endo now then it’s whatever. I honestly don’t care at this point.

Hey,

The last thing some DID/OSDD systems want is to "recover" or "achieve" final fusion. Some systems actually prefer to be plural and couldn't imagine their lives any other way.

To some people with DID/OSDD, recovery is learning how to co-exist peacefully with their system and sharing the body in a way that allows everyone to exist as they should be able to do as fully formed, individual people.

As someone who is part of a diagnosed DID system and has been for at least the past 23 years if not longer, the rest of my system are my family and I couldn't ever imagine existing without them.

Why should I, who is also an "alter" or a "headmate" be the only one of us who should be allowed to exist just because I'm the usual front facing person?

It's not fair, and it's a very uncomfortable thought that I could potentially just fully take over and practically kill off the other nine people in our system who have their own wants, needs, thoughts and emotions.

Healing is possible. Recovery is possible. But healing and recovery do not look the same for everyone who has DID/OSDD. For me, for us, for our system, healing means that we're all recovering from our traumas and learning to exist alongside one another.

We wouldn't have it any other way.

woo got the first anti endo telling me to kill myself because i don't think harassing and verbally abusing people is appropriate no matter what you think. 🎉 we also get hate from pro endos for not being aggressively pro endo so????? anyway thats why we're anti syscourse, it's just people being dicks to each other rather than a civil conversation and i simply do not want to interact with that. like my brother in christ just block the people who are bothering you instead of telling children or people from other cultures to commit suicide or flooding hashtags with how pissed you are constantly. if you don't want to see my anti-syscourse posts, block me!! you curate your own online experience and can block whoever you like. you aren't helping anyone. you're just making more people anti you.

we do not have a syscourse stance other than being against it. we are not pro-endo, we are not anti-endo, we are fucking anti-syscourse do not involve us in it. we made posts complaining about syscourse being the only thing in the tag because it bothers us and we can't even filter it out because nobody actually tags their posts as syscourse.
