Guess what happened when I finally finally got connected with a person and got my FuckingComcast (their official name) service transfer order done?

they scheduled a transfer my same service

it mysteriously got more expensive, nothing can be done

the confirmation screen (must accept) said it was "cancelling" my "$0" service

B&C, or supposedly all of the above somehow

I am 99% sure I will end up calling them and paying them $100 next Friday when my self-install doesn't work.

I love how our monthly bill from Comcast has more than doubled since 2013 (and not all because the initial promotion ran out), and yet a lot of the time our phones and TV can’t find a wifi signal in the livingroom.  =D

Today has been so crazy I forgot to put conditioner in my hair.

I successfully showered before Comcast arrived, but then had to move my giant living room rug and pad which the piano movers flipped up bc space+piano... And moved ALL my furniture by myself. The rug still looks like it's in the wrong place.

And of course Comcast bungled multiple things so it is taking longer than it should have.

Also have not figured out how to open the garage from the inside so keep having to run around the entire building to let myself in and then get my car in Indiana Jones style before it closes on me..

I would like everything to stop.

We are without internet or tv service until the tech is here TOMORROW EVENING.

Only Comcast would come to your home to fix your internet and somehow screw up your antenna. That's on the roof. That has one cable clearly not internet running down the house to inside. He never should have been messing with the antenna in the first place.

Been driving myself crazy trying to troubleshoot horizontal bands on my TV that are most likely from some new interface and of course the suddenly new problem is because of Comcast. I will bet anything he somehow fucked up the grounding.

Also shout out to the guys in line at the autograph session that let me rant about the rise and fall of Tech Tv and G4 in the early 2000s. It's one of my favorite topics of discussion and I never get to talk about it 😂

Comcast keeps not exactly dropping connection but not exactly working consistently. This is making it extremely hard to upload gifs. -_-
