why do buck and eddie parallel both buck and abby and eddie and shannon but the show goes out of its way to also negate those parallels by allowing eddie and buck to do the opposite of before. abby left. eddie came back. shannon left after a huge fight fueled by pain both she and eddie were holding in and only left a note and their son in their bed. eddie came back with his son to make buck happy.

the show is verbatim saying “yes abby and shannon are buck and eddie’s most formative relationships besides each other. lets show you why this one works instead.”

And like the thing of it is that WxS are so very obviously and profoundly married, it’s true, everyone knows it, and it’s shrimply incheresting that Rui has mentioned Mizuki apropos of like nothing in WxS wedding cards twice, y’know? Not in even in Rui or Mizuki’s cards at all, but Emu and Nene’s, for some fucking reason. Tsukasa still doesn’t have a wedding card, right, imagine how hilarious it would be if Rui manages to find a way to mention Mizuki for a single fucking line in his side story whenever that happens.
