FuKaze thing

I think this is the best illustration i made since the last year. I wanted to do some neon lights and i feel like i did it and i'm really proud of it.

(I first wanted to do pastel but changed it to neon because it looks better in my head)

I first did the sketch and the line on my sketchbook then i numerized it

Operator: Sir Can you hear me?

Kazemaru: Fudooou I'm sorry!

Fudou: What happened?
