#TastyTuesday #Snack This is one of my favorite afternoon snacks before I head out to teach a group fitness class: organic #apple slices and a 1/4 cup of my #homemade PB dip. This protein-packed PB dip is super easy to make and can be addicting! #PortionControl The PB dip contains only two ingredients (Swipe ⬅): Natural #PeanutButter + PLAIN #GreekYogurt! I use equal portions of each ingredient and mix it up in my blender. #EasyPeasyRecipe 💪😄 Make sure you use PLAIN Greek yogurt. None of that fat-free, nonfat, fruit-flavored yogurt crap! You can use the plain yogurt later for another healthy snack by adding #FreshFruit to it! #NoSugarAdded 😉 Also, I use the Publix Natural Peanut Butter, which is made in the Publix Deli and is made of just "Fresh Ground Roasted Peanuts". That's it!
