OKAY I just now was thinking how cool it was that Sir Pentious is the FIRST to be redeemed BECAUSE like. The devil takes the form of a SNAKE when tempting Eve and it’s like—a snake being the first one redeemed? Delicious—!! Full circle!
Predicted names for symbol: Manifestation, potential, desires
The Magician card is the second figure to appear in The Major Arcana. He is depicted as a man holding a white wand upward, clothed in red and white (symbols of purity and worldly knowledge), at an altar. Interestingly enough, this altar has the symbols for the four suits in the Minor Arcana: a cup, a pentacle, a sword, and a staff/wand. These symbols also represent the four elements: water, earth, air and fire. An infinity symbol appears above his head, representing balance and harmony. Lots of flowers and fauna frame the card.
This card represents the unlimited potential, and the ability to manifest what you desire with the proper tools in front of you. The Magician is figure representing the ability to manifest spiritual matters into the physical realm; the flowers adorning the card represent “the fruition of his ideas and aspirations.” Everything you wish to bring to the forefront is within your grasp; you have the ability to do so.
MCR, now rejoining one another, brings us back to that Merlin feeling- from isolation and inner knowledge, to an outward manifestation of that knowledge and desire. Now that they’ve gone through and thought about what it is they wish to make MCR, they’re manifesting those thoughts and desires into the world. We can also translate this as a new album...
Merlin himself is both the Hermit and the Magician; a person with a desire to learn from himself, and have others learn from his journey through manifestation.
