I cannot believe that this keeps happening!! Like what in the Leonardo DiCaprio is this bullshit???

I finally discovered a book that I love and can be obsessed with (Interview with the Vampire, it has gay vampires and it's so we'll written guys!!!) and I was so excited because the author was going completely meta and is doing a "documentary" about how one of his characters becomes a rock star. That is so fucking brilliant!!

But then I come to find out that the author (Daniel Molloy, who is in his 70's by now) has apparently been seen and seems to be dating a guy that is so much younger than him, like "go to jail" much younger than him!! And he started out as a fan?? People are claiming that they met during his book tour and that the guy was one of those Armand cosplayers.

This is honestly so disgusting, I don't know if I should even watch the documentary anymore 😭😭😭 I am so disappointed. Should I throw away my book?? Tape and change the author's name to someone else's (Anne Rice maybe?)
