The Checkered Cookie Sweater Vest

Another fun crochet project: a sweater vest based on a checkered cookie!

I made it from a beautiful tweed wool yarn in purple and green that I got from my local yarn store.

It was pretty straightforward to make, just a little shaping around the arm and neck holes.

I wish that the neck was a little more rounded off but overall I love wearing this piece and I get a lot of compliments on it.

31. what outfit do you wear to kick ass and take names?

This is probably the most unexpected outfit, but I have a really comfy pair of overalls with flowers embroidered on the bib part, with a pastel purple t-shirt underneath.

I recently figured out (after 26 years) what I want my clothing aesthetic to be, and these overalls were my first purchase. So they make me feel so comfortable in myself, ready to take on the world.

Oooh, this is a tough one. I'm a fairly picky eater, so I probably don't eat any weird flavour combos? I do eat ice cream while drinking tea, which is a weird temperature combination.
