Artist Kera Till is the creator of the metro map, "Commuting in Corona Times." It takes the essential signifiers of a metro map applied within our homes.
NAC began services to Norfolk Island, Fiji, Tonga, Samoa and the Cook Islands, on 1 April 1947, but discontinued all except the Norfolk Island flight in October 1952, since TEAL took most of these over. The last NAC flight to Norfolk Island was in late 1955. The fun map shows various summery activities, including fruit picking, swimming, golf, horse-riding, tennis and mountain climbing. The poster was printed by the long-established firm Whitcombe & Tombs, probably in Wellington or Christchurch.
