This gym has a lot of nuance to it. I can try stuff with this equipment that's not usually available in the area I live in. . Imagine the area was flooded and your kids or brother was on the boat. For whatever reason the boat just so happens to have a rope attached to it. I would bet you would want to be strong enough to get that boat to higher ground. Or or scenario 2.
