2014 to 2018 back gains!!
Halfway through my gym's month long weightloss challenge and 2 weeks into another 8 week challenge that I am participating in! Here are my 2 week check-in results. Not totally sure about the accuracy but happy that body fat percentage is moving down and muscle mass is going up!
Transformation Tuesday! June 4th to August 15th. Finally in the 180s as of today and 20lbs down since January (this pic comparison is a 10 lb difference since I started tracking macros). Had to buy a new swimsuit because the other top is now way too big! Didn’t realize how much my midsection had changed until comparing these pictures!
Thought I hadn't made much progress in February because my weight has been fluctuating a lot... Then I compared measurements! Don't forget to measure your progress in ways other than just the scale!
Wasn’t going to take 2 week progress pics because I didn’t think I had changed that much… Glad I took them anyway! Following my macros very closely and working out consistently is paying off. Can’t wait to see where I am at the end of my 4 week and 8 week challenge! Also… Is it just me or are some baby abs forming!?
Primal eggplant lasagna for dinner! Even the boyfriend who thinks vegetables are icky liked it. Getting back into the primal/paleo/low carb eating can taste good!
Also just dance is the most fun at home cardio!
Great workout today! 2 mile treadmill run then Zumba! Hopefully I can dance a few more times this week... Planning on Saturday Zumba and Sunday Bellydance!
Still recovering from my bout of food poisoning... These yoga poses relieved a lot of discomfort! Woot!
