Chapterhouse: Dune - More aesthetics and little meta

(1) Lucilla and the Great Honored Matre (Pages 105 to 113)

Note: I found it amazing awhile back to be able to pick certain characters from other shows to give the aesthetic of certain characters in Heretics of Dune, leading into Chapterhouse Dune.

For instance, Lucilla (Bene Genesserit) where I’ve picked Sansa Stark.

There’s one chapter in “Chapterhouse: Dune” (Pages 105 to 113) where Lucilla was interrogated by the Great Honored Matre. Sitting along side Great Honored Matre is a Futar, which is basically a man-beast. Or, a human/feline hybrid that purrs and talks.

Kind of like the “Beauty and the Beast”s Beast character, but without the horns.

Now, back to the interrogation scene: 

Great Honored Matre and Lucilla played a game of verbal chess of asking back each other’s question in hopes of getting the upper hand. Great Honored Matre wanted info about the Bene Gesserit and Lucilla wants to survive by deflecting the questions and exposing a weakness in the Honored Matres faction. Much like the discussion that happened between Sansa Stark and Cersei Lannister.

(2) Odrade eating her meal (Page 116)

“Odrade found herself enjoying this change from quick meals in her workroom and private dining room...Tonight’s meal was sligpork in a sauce of soy and molasses, minimal melange, a touch of basil and lemon. Fresh green beans cooked al dente with peppers. Dark red grape juice to drink. She took a bite of sligpork with anticipation and found it passable, a bit overcooked for her taste.” 

My aesthetic for Odrade, Mother Superior of the Bene Gesserit is...Melisandre from Game of Thrones.

Most minden ebédnél rendeljek kaját 3000-4000 forintokért, és utána még fizessek még vagy 1500 forintot a kiszállításért? Hát a faszom fog rendszeresen minden ebédért ennyit fizetni.
