Vet Student Needs Help

So.. I’m currently on a gap year and need to do veterinary clinical observations before I attend college this fall and have no idea how to apply(??) or set it up to do this.

Bad work day, lost the momma and her 9 pups, complications in labor + mom passed on some sort of infection to the pups.
