My audience also includes Scottish people! And i do see ya love galar, which you are in luck! Galar is one of my all time favorite pokémon regions and is it the region that super charged my love for the franchise i have a couple of ocs drawn from it already! Ill put them under the list from what ya wanted, and well one i haven't drawn in there is Cursola and it's one of my best friend's favorite mons so i chose that one!
