I did 1000 runs of Mentor roulette \O/ yay, my goal for end of the year done, this is so awesome :D

Some stats and commentary below ~

Yeah ARR just will be forever the content in roulette stuff, it just has the most things going on. Definitely doesn't help that Guildhest exist. On God why do people run these lmao.

Alliance continues being 99% refills into mostly Crystal Tower. I just Never get Raids as a Healer ...

I got all ARR Extremes at least once, a few HW, once Susano and Emanation. Great Hunt EX reigns supreme with 6x as SGE and 7x as SMN.

There are still dungeons i havent gotten yet at all! Except ARR. Ive gotten all of those.

Sage specifically:

ARR dungeons are just Forever, rest of the expansions are kinda equal. Except ShB. I have to wonder why that is ngl. (Is it Trust. But then again EW has also this .... mystery.) 21 of the ShB things are dungeons, 6 of these are Qitana Ravel, i got Copied Factory once lol. Raids are A2, A10, O10, P1.

Summoner specifically:

Guildhests. The Guildhests are forever, i got Under the Armor 47 times. I get a lot more DT content, mostly dungeons. Esp lv100 dungeons. And I keep being refills into those and keep encountering (Mentor) DPS who leave these. Wtf. It is such a mystery. I got Underkeep 11x ...

I like roulettes and for me Mentor roulette is just a silly button of when I dont really know what to queue into for, though i honestly wish i could get a lil more variety. My 500th run as SGE was Doma Castle! And as SMN it was Under the Armor,

In those 1000 runs I got in total 827 commendations. Which i still need to filter by DPS and Healer but Healer def gets more comms.

Ive gotten immune to various ppl's playstyles lmao, non mitigatation single pull tank? Sprinting ahead of tank DPS? man idc at this point, you do lol, just let us get outta here somehow.

Though I do notice if ppl fumble their very basic buttons, a SAM who doesnt have two of their buffs or never applied a DoT, a DNC not Dance-partner-ing or using Improvisation right after Technical Finish, Ice Mages, WHM with Cure 1 only, long casting only RDM, BRD who dont use any songs, ... seen it all.

I'm in no way a supreme good player but I simply enjoy these a lot and am glad when i can make a difference in some runs I get into :D I started at night on the 26th April 2025. Surely I'll be able to get another 1000 done before the next Expansion drops >:D

I tried playing Mauga and my first try review of him is that I LOVE the way he shoots. The double gun idea is super fun, and I love the way he can set fire to people and do a lot of damage.

But the rest just kinda falls flat for me? Maybe its because I’m not used to it and I need to try it more but his charge is kinda awkward to control and I end up crashing walls like an idiot half of the time. (Though one time I actually killed someone with the crash) His heal move is pretty cool though but I keep forgetting you need actually damage people to heal with it so that ones on me lmao

I’m seriously not used to how slow his movement is either, that sounds super weird because I play Zenyatta but I’m just used to tanks like Ram or Dva just feel faster/have a easy movement ability

BUT THE ENEMY MAUGAS IVE RUN INTO ARE TERRIFYING? I was playing Ram and one literally chased me on Colosseo as I tried to find a health pack, they always charge at you from the most bs angles and his goddamn ult which trapped me so many times (However around 80% of those were also me accidentally walking into them cause I didnt notice cause I’m an idiot lol)

However I gotta say I LOVE his voicelines and personality, he sounds so cheerful and happy even tho he’s secretly a psychopath who loves killing everyone-And his beef with Baptiste?? God I cant wait to hear all the interactions he could have

Also as for Illari, I love her aesthetic and how she heals but I CANNOT PLAY HITSCAN FOR THE LIFE OF ME IM SO BAD WITH AIM GODDAMNIT

#there are at least 8 choices??? that lead you to the [ignorance is bliss] end..#and then there’s the [execution] end that you have to get all choices correct to get????#what the fuck #for those of you reading who don’t know what the hell i’m talking about #in p3p while playing as femc you obviously aren’t doing the ritualistic peeping #so instead the girls go into the bath and hear a splashing sound #yukari hears it and fears it being a ghost. you then have a long string of choices where you can continue to investigate or give up #when you give up then the girls go back to enjoying the bath none the wiser to what was splashing and the next day the boys are “whispering”#thus being the [ignorance is bliss] end as i’ve named it #there’s only one long path of investigating which leads you to the true [execution] end #in which the girls find the guys hiding and mitsuru executes them and the next morning they all (rightfully) give the guys the cold shoulder #ALL OF THIS HAPPENS WITH THE EERIEST TENSEST FUCKING MUSIC #which REALLY makes it feel like a horror story (which in some regard it is)#gameplay rambles

I’m stuck on the Daybreak quest. Finally managed to get to level 50 and actively put my ChaosWeaver gear to use and I’m getting creamed by the two final bosses. 🙄🙄🙄 I might just put off on playing that quest and go back and do other quests I’ve definitely missed. Level up some more…
