Indulge in the rich and creamy flavors of this garlic-infused Parmesan pasta dish. It's quick and easy to prepare, making it perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner or a cozy weekend meal.
Ingredients: 8 oz linguine pasta. 2 tbsp butter. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and black pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the linguine until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Melt the butter in a big pan over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about one to two minutes, until the garlic smells good. Add the heavy cream while stirring all the time, and then bring to a simmer. Crack in some Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper. Follow the steps below to make the sauce thicker. When you add the cooked linguine to the pan, toss it around so that all of the creamy sauce covers it. Put the pasta in a white bowl and top it with fresh parsley. Have fun!
